After the keyboard is programmed it may be used on other computers without any software.
The software supplied is only used to program the keyboard.

You can save your program to make a library of different keyboard applications, such as web design
keys, wordprocessing keys, or general keys.

 
   You may program up to 16 layers for a key.
 Example:      Key1 has 5 layers,      Key2  has 3 layers
You can assign any key as a layer key, (works like a shift key):

general.dat  or steven.dat or webdesign.dat
