COUNT AND TIME STAMP EVENTS
For Field Use With PALM™ PDA Handhelds

Model Event1 will allow you to detect and log time stamped events using a sensing switch. It contains its own battery power, so that it can be used in portable or remote applications. Use a Palm PDA handheld device to program it and collect the logged data.


General compatibility to many
Palm™  handheld devices. Example: Tungsten E2, Zire 22, and many early models: Palm VII

Timestamp Doorway Usage

Collect data from a day, week, or even
a month of door activity.  Model Event1 can 
be hidden or remoted several feet away.


Use a common magnetic style switch.
The Model Event1 has many everyday
applications in the home or at work:
Count and Time Stamp:
Flow Switches.
Door openings/closures, gate or turnstile activity.

Animal behaviours: path or food lever switch.
Rain Bucket tipping, in weather studies.
Traffic counting.
Water level limit switch monitoring.
Machine usage power on/off cycles.
Equipment usage for warranty or maintenance plans.
Covert sensing activities for surveillance.

Switch cable connects to simple screw terminal strip. Use a small screwdriver.
